A little update since from the last time we updated...boy have we gone through a flurry of things.

Currently Tw33k have been trapped inside his cave of a room and studio learning as much as possible in production. With 1 remix released, hopefully to be grabbed by a label's on their EP. Although Tw33k mentioned it's not to what his standard is, it is what he's currently capable of with only 2 months fixed on it.

The last 3 months has been quite a busy one for everyone in M3. Lots of planning going on for ways of spreading new sounds all over, one by one. So we'll list some of the upcoming events that we have lined up with any available information that we currently have.

We would also like to introduce on the possibility of a new member to be part of the M3 family. Currently undergoing training with Tw33k and the rest of M3, we feel that with his already great capability that he possess, M3 will only make him a bigger and better DJ for the future to come. Just a little spoiler...his DJ name is..."The British"

Than we'll end it with of course....musical delight! :)

-"Wow has it been a busy few months. I do have to say though unfortunately most of the last few month's sets weren't able to be recorded...but hopefully I'll make up for it with some more new material. I have been working on production lately and I must say...it's very very difficult to learn. And there is also an unfortunate off balance thing it creates with my time so focused on production. My DJ'ing skills slowly starts to lacks. With that mentioned, my comment for this set is that I made a few major and some minor mistakes, although it has been a month since I have performed at a club. Never the less, I'm still not very pleased with the overall performance for this set. I will say that the mistakes are primarily in the first half or so, after that it does go smooth sailing. This set features lots of new sounds incorporating D.Tech, as well as Tech Step. Although the following DJ performing after me played fidget and electro, nearing the end of my set, I start to slowly migrate my set to cater for them. So I hope you enjoy! :)"

-"I will mention that this set is a online radio broadcast. My first time performing for them and so this set is more like a "teaser" for everyone. I was told that I set their record of viewers which I was told 1500 during my slot time, a little more than double of what they usually get. A little about this set...since it's a teaser, I do try to cater many avenues as seamless as possible. This is difficult because sometimes a massive genre jump may make the energy of the set a little weird if not done properly. So I tend to not like making teaser sets. With that mentioned, the set starts a little Dutchy D.Tech, migrating into a little progressive before diving into full D.Tech as well as Tech Step, where than I take it into Tech Trance and let it hit harder and harder as it goes! It's an ok set since I also have been focusing on production lately, so I hope you enjoy. :)"

-"It's been a while since I made a Hybrid State due to all the shenanigans lately. Although this set was quite forced for myself due to the overwhelming time availability I have, I'm somewhat ok with how the set went. Some of the dilemmas I would be facing is, since the time between this Hybrid State and the previous, all those time in between means that there's quite a large accumulation of songs that I would want to play in this set. Although I would only be able to play what would be the best that would make a statement. The mixing is not the best of my Hybrid State, although I would say that there's quite a large variety of sounds, some familiar, as well as many new ones that you can enjoy. So please let me know. ^_^"

Lots of new sounds as the months are to come!

It's been a while since we did an update here, but rest assured...we have been busy, and we will always focus on introducing new sounds and sides to electronic dance music!

Although it has been quite a chaotic January for M3, a total of 8+ events really got our hands full there. We'll be getting back to the studio again and focus on some new series releases as well as more focus on production. It is strange that even with that many events in January...we are currently only uploading 1 set. This is mostly caused by the available outputs on the mixer allowing us to record...which in this case most of the events have all the ports full.

But either way...stay tuned for the months to come, for a little heads up:
The entire M3 is currently in the talks to perform in Colorado in the Month of May!
DJ Tw33k is currently discussing plans to perform in Jakarta, Indonesia this year!

Although it may not be much future news, but these news are very big ones.

I will say...like usual, I was extremely nervous before I got on...actually I was really nervous the first few songs. First off, I'd like to say that this is not my best mix...not even close. Although I must say that D.Tech seems like a strong sound that I started that can get people moving to both house and trance lovers. As far as the mix goes, I had to start off with some I guess...dark electro? It than progresses into some D.Tech as well as ending it with tech trance. -"As we close out 2010...we have to wonder...what happened in 2010? All I can say is that the year 2010 was such an innovative year. Lots of songs containing sounds that are a fusion of what we're about to see in the FUTURE. Which is why I made an intro and outro for this mix that's targeted around that topic. It's funny and quirky, so I hope you'll get a good laugh out of it. This isn't one of my best sets, although it can get difficult trying to put together a compilation of favorite songs instead of songs that can flow with one another. -"This mix was recorded live at an outdoor rave. let me tell you....it's not exactly fun to DJ in the cold weather. The mix starts out a little housey d.tech...with some electro emphasis, it than migrates more into the purer D. Tech and leads into Tech Trance, and to end with a slight fusion of both. It's not exactly my favorite mix compared to my most recent UKUF set. It still contains it's energy, but I will say that this mix contains a lot more of a "FUNK" feel in it, giving you that nice little vibe goin' on. =P So I hope you enjoy!"

-"Be warned, due to the sound set up that was already on before recording, the volume was redlining before I arrived. I tried to lower and balance the volume as much without altering the master output, although it was still too loud and this mix is LOUD! And some instances of distortion. Now about the mix, it's a pretty solid mix. The only thing I'm urking is due to the sound being over modulated. I start off a little dark house with some D.tech, moving into tech trance and ending with a surprise. Although I normally don't play electro dutch, the last track was to set up the DJ after me. Pretty varied set, but I do hope you all enjoy this mix. Please forgive on the loudness. :)"

Lots of tricks that I was just in the mood for and of course it was still fun for me. Gives a very broad taste of tech house form funk to latin feel as well as the periodic minimal techno sound. -"Although unfortunately since we are all unable to know ahead of time what mixer we will be dealing with, we were unable to record Hase, Tory Trajec, and Oui-Ji's set, which I must comment that Oui-Ji had the best set that night as well as being the best performer for all the people, making him the REAL headliner that night! This set was recorded off of the provided Pioneer DJM-800 which allowed me to record the set. With the previous DJ playing electro, I had to try to change the course of the style of music that will flow without any sudden changes. Great thing about this is that Tory has provided me a few great tracks that allowed me to do so. So the first few songs starts off a little electro like along with this sound of D.Tech, it created a great mesh as the set progressed. Mid way through the set also incorporates a little new sound which I like to call "Tech Step". Although only 2 songs are currently released globally, 1 of the songs I was playing required me to improv in order to make an introduction into this new sound a little easier. I can't say that it was done well, but it does give me more ideas on how to execute it in the future. Of course ending my set with my usual tech trance, I will have to comment that this set was more of an "informative set" so that it offers a good range of different sounds that hasn't been exposed to the US. Not the greatest set that I've done, but nevertheless still enjoyable. :)"

Like how the previous Hybrid States have been, this set provides a very good feel of the sound of D.Tech that I have been thoroughly trying to introduce. -"This is the live recording from my gig at a club in Huntington Beach. Although I was an opener I tried my best to open for the next DJ. So this set starts off very mellow and relaxing filled with lots of progressive house, although I did give a little bit of an edginess later in my set...just a small taste, before toning it down back into some D.Tech, and than ending it with proggy house. I don't usually prefer to have a set that's quite this jumpy or genre jumping so suddenly, not really my style. But I did hope the people there as well as my friends who attended enjoyed the night, which is what is important to me. So enjoy. :)"

Since the attendees were most likely varied in all types of genres, I had to play something that crossed all of them. -"Wow...when I found this CD in my room when cleaning. I popped it in and...whoa...I was blown away! This mix is the reason why I tell many many people that my prime as a DJ was 2006-2007. Why you ask? Well first off during those years, there was an immense amount of change in the trance sound. Although unfortunately it didn't really catch on locally till 2009, which is kinda sad. But as long as I do what will make me happy, that's all that matters. And that is to introduce new sounds to everyone. I do know that in this mix I messed up once...pretty badly if I may add, but never the less. Very incredible mix..for me it's a mix into the past. -"This was quite a set...I was originally suppose to only play for an hour and a half, ended up having me play for almost 2 hours. It features a lot of new sounds as well as my story being told. It has many of the characteristics as my Hybrid State, but due to the unexpected extension...the end was a slight tone down as well as a great way to transition into Marco V's set. This is among my favorite live performances that was recorded, so please enjoy. ^_^"

-"I can't remember when this was recorded...I think it was sometime in July of 2009. It incorporates a lot of sounds that me and M18 worked on. So I hope you enjoy this house set with elements of prog, tech, and funk. :) Although it's not the best house mix I've done, it's something I've been polishing up on for the last few months."

It's due to the fact that I'd prefer for sounds to tell my story instead of words...like what music is suppose to be in the first place. -"The new year is here and with it comes some amazing sounds! Tech Dance this year has really kicked it up a notch and this mix will display the pure force and power of the genre. More and more artists seem to be contributing to the genre this year and I will be the first to say(at least coming from an American)that this is the future of hard dance! Most of you might not follow these artists just yet for the simple fact that most of the tracks I play are NOT found for free and are rarely ever uploaded by anyone. I buy all my tech dance and sources are limited. If you need some help finding some “Tech Dance” artists here is a list of a few. Yoji(the creater and name giver of the genre), Remo-Con, Vandall, Joe-E, Andy Richmond, Brent Sadowick, The Third Man, Night Liberator, George S, Mad Child, etc. Anyway this year is looking very good so far and this mix is one of my favorites. -"This set was recorded live at a rave in downtown Los Angeles and is pretty crazy stuff! One of the better raves I've played for and worthy of uploading. I start with some hard dance/hardstyle and move quickly into Tech Dance. The speed is slightly faster than normal so its a very intense mix. The crowd really loved it and for most it was a whole new experience. The revolution will be slow and steady it looks like. But the American audiences seems to have their ears awakened to the new sound to an extent. Looks like my work here is just beginning..."

-"Another live set that went very well:) Recorded in North Hollywood at a venue that looked just as crazy as the music being played. A perfect fit I thought. It was themed like a freakshow carnival sideshow. Pretty awesome:) Anyway this mix incorporates the latest Tech Dance as well as some new tech dance/hard house hybrid stuff that I was really impressed with. This was a very fun mix that seemed to dumbfound the crowd. It was really odd because everyone seemed to just stand and stare. Maybe it was the drugs but they seemed hypnotized by my performance. This happened one other time last year at Circus Disco Hollywood. I closed for Mars & Mystre and everyone just stared at me. At the end everyone clapped and I felt like I shared something special with them:) I will be handing out copies of this mix at Anime Expo Los Angeles this year. Me and my partners in crime will be serving up some great tunes at some awesome room parties. If you see me I can guarantee a copy for ya for as long as I have them. Plus the quality is way better than this download;) Hope you guys like this mix. Till next time."

-"I would like to say that this....this set caught the ears of sooooooooooo many people. As mention in prior posts, this would by far be among the best Hybrid States ever recorded. This was broadcasted at a friend's house using a pair of CDJ-400's and a A&H Xone 32, so it's actually my first time using these. The mix isn't "The" best ...but is still considered among the best. It does have it's unique story told just like the other various Hybrid States. So let it take you onto a musical journey. Cheers! :)"

-"Like Tory Trajec's recording mentioned above. We both DJ'd at this event in the main room, it was an awesome nicely sized rave in the city of Los Angeles, so this is a recording from a live event! Lots of good vibes so we had to return the favor with great tunes. This set starts to incorporate a new sound that I am currently still polishing on. Although it's a very very new sound of trance, that no one else plays it domestically here in the US. So far europe has been playing this type of sounding trance. So here is just a brief look into it. The set starts off housey since the DJ before me was playing house, and it ends...well...the way I end things. ^_^"

WOW....ok. So I live here in Socal, and boy do I have to tell yah. It's super duper hot here! 100 plus degrees and today was freakish due to a little thunder shower. So what better to relax in a nice pool or spa or jacuzzi than along side some awesome music.

SO without further ado. Here are some free music!!!

Some info. These mixes are in MP3 format and are being hosted from 3rd party hosters. But these are OUR very own mixes that we have done. I will include some brief info about the mix as well as a link to them. Some mixes are old but I still want to share them to all of you. ^_^ SO bear with me...it'll slowly catch up to our current uploads. As far as most current ones. The first half you'll notice is my opening style for Trajec Tunez and the second half is very familiar to my RAWstyles mixes that I use to do. The two styles work very well together so I figured I would start a new monthly showcase for all of you. Trajec Tunez 006 will be up next week and will have a few well deserved changes as well but still keeping with the style your used to. RAWstyles Reloaded is not exactally one of my best mixes. I have some beatmatching issues here and there...I must of not been in the right frame of mind or something. But at the same time there are some great moments as well and I really like the pace and song selection of the mix. Its RAW like the name entitles so I desided not to trash it. Hello everyone! I'm taking this time to spread the word for future events, than my next post will start to post FREE MUSIC for everyone as well as further introductions for our current crew members of M3 Productions.

I'll be listing these events in chronological order from the ones coming up in the next few days or weeks as it goes down to the further out ones which can be from a month or more. Patrick here of M3 Productions. I've noticed that with all of these social media networks of all sorts as well as the ever so many DJ's out there...with their own fancy websites that sometimes gives you viruses, or just spam after spam of just useless junk. This is where we'll be different...like what we always have been. With the DJ's of M3, although we do not have a lot (4 members including myself), we will do what we do best. Give everyone as well as introduce them to electronic music that you don't get exposed to often.

There's pop electronic music, than there's underground electronic. Don't deter away just to hear the word "Underground", it's different but boy does it catch everyone's attention.

So this blogspot's intention is to provide everyone the possibility to provide them a constant source of great new electronic dance music.

We'll also be posting any upcoming events for those that will follow us. Remember just to follow us is as easy as looking to the right and clicking on "Follow". Keeping everyone up to date on any happenings as well as discount or free guestlist for upcoming shows.

So spread the word, of who we are and what we do.
